Do I need to make an appointment before visiting?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend making an appointment to reduce waiting time and ensure availability. You can book via WhatsApp or call us directly.

Are your doctors female/male? Can I request a specific gender?

Yes, we have both male and female doctors. You may request your preferred doctor during booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long does it take to get test results?

Most blood and urine test results will be available within 1–3 working days. Pap smear and HPV DNA results may take up to 1 week. Our team will notify you once your results are ready.

Do you accept walk-ins for ultrasound or Pap smear?

For Pap smears and ultrasound scans, we recommend booking in advance. Please ensure you're not on your period during a Pap smear.

Do you have a female sonographer available?

Yes, we have a qualified female sonographer available for patients who prefer female healthcare professionals, especially for intimate or personal scans. Kindly inform us during your appointment booking so we can arrange accordingly.

What is included in a detailed scan (anomaly scan)?

A detailed scan, usually performed between 18 to 28 weeks of pregnancy, checks your baby’s development thoroughly. It examines the baby's brain, heart, spine, kidneys, limbs, and other organs, as well as the placenta and amniotic fluid levels. This scan is non-invasive and safe for both mother and baby.

Do you offer breast ultrasound scans?

Yes, we offer breast ultrasound scans to assess any lumps, pain, or other breast-related symptoms. This is a non-radiation imaging method suitable for women of all ages, especially those with dense breast tissue.

Do I need a referral for a breast or detailed scan?

A referral is not strictly required, but we encourage patients to consult our doctor first for proper assessment and advice. If you have a referral letter from another clinic or hospital, please bring it along.

Will I get my scan results immediately?

In most cases, your results will be reviewed with you immediately after the scan by our doctor or sonographer. If a report needs to be prepared, it will usually be available within the same day or the next working day.

Do you provide medical check-ups for work or driving license (GDL/PSV)?

Yes, we offer pre-employment screenings and medical check-ups required for GDL/PSV applications.

How can I make payment?
